Coarse Medium Grind

 

Ingredients    ( 8 ounce)

 

  • 27 g. coffee

  • 236 ml. or 1 cup boiling hot water

If you don’t have scale use an 8 ounce cup to measure 

STEP-BY-STEP

 

- Place the coffee at the bottom of the press.

- Pour the  water slowly and when the water comes into contact with the coffee it begins to take time.

If you have a scale, you can weigh the water you pour, otherwise use an 8-ounce capacity container (equivalent to 236 ml).

- Stir slowly in the shape of a cross with a spoon so that all the particles of ground coffee are moistened.

- Wait when the stopwatch reaches 3:45 seconds and lower the plunger slowly for 15 seconds to complete the total time of 4 minutes

- Serve in your cup and enjoy.
