Medium Fine  Grind

 

Ingredients    (8 ounce) 

 

  • 27 g. ground coffee or 1/2 cup coffee in coffee maker 

  •  1/2 cup of hot milk 

  • Syrup (optional)

If you don’t have scale use an 8 ounce cup to measure

STEP-BY-STEP

- In a cup add the coffee shot or 1/2 cup coffee in coffee maker

- Add the hot milk or foamed milk if prefered. 


To foam the milk you need a French Press.

Add the hot milk to the French Press and use the strainer to raise and lower the plunger until foaming.

Gradually increase the rate. Dip for 30 seconds or until the milk has doubled in volume.
