Cold Brew

 

Ingredients    ( 4 servings)

 

  • 250 g. medium-thick ground coffee

  • 1 L. Quality water

 

STEP-BY-STEP

Grind coffee beans leaving a medium-thick grind. Combine with water in a bowl for a cold brew.

Stir or close and shake until the grains homogeneously mix with the liquid. Leave at room temperature, in a cool, dry place and away from sources of heat or direct sunlight, between eight and twelve hours.

Depending on the proportion of coffee or the ambient temperature, extraction could be extended to 24 hours.

Filter in a fine strainer, passing the infusion to a suitable container, such as a jug or bottle. Close and refrigerate before serving.


Enjoy it with ice or milk.
